Refund policy

We offer easy exchanges or refunds on all items purchased at full price. All sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

To arrange a return, email info@nancy.nz with your name, order number, and the reason for your return or exchange. We will reply with instructions for returning the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached. We must receive returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items must be carefully packaged. Goods damaged in transit will not be eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during the return process.

All Nancy Bags NZ products are thoroughly quality-checked during production and again before leaving our store. We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear.
