How much does shipping cost?

Our flat rate shipping cost are listed below.

Urban areas	$8.50
Rural address*	$12.50

How long does the shipping take?

The estimated shipping times are as follows:

Urban address	1-5 working days
Rural address*	3-7 working days

* We do not ship to Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island and Chatham Island.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

All parcels must be signed for on delivery, please ensure someone will be available at your chosen address. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, you will be left a Card-to-Call to rearrange collection or delivery.

We accept no responsibility in any way for loss, theft or damage to the parcel left in accordance with a postal service Authority To Leave (ATL).

Do you ship overseas?

Nancy is a New Zealand owned and operated business. We currently ship within New Zealand only.

 

What is your return policy?

We offer exchange or refund on all items that are purchased at full price within 14 days of customer receipt. No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any sale items. T&Cs apply.
