How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary shipping throughout New Zealand on all orders.

 

How long does the shipping take?

The estimated shipping times are as follows:

 Urban address  2-4 working days
 Rural address*  4-7 working days


*We do not ship to Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island and Chatham Island.



Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Our standard shipping is no-signature required. Couriers will leave your parcel in a safe place at your address, so please include any specific delivery instructions when placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

If you prefer a signature-required service, let us know—an additional cost applies.

Do you ship overseas?

Nancy is a New Zealand-owned and operated business. We currently ship only within New Zealand.

 

What is your return and refund policy?

For your peace of mind, we offer easy returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days. Sale items are final. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached. Please email us at info@nancy.nz to start a return. Please see our T&Cs for full details.
